Patrick Carroll
Patrick Carroll upon graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 1963 with a BS degree in business management took a position of Operations Director of a small restaurant chain in Maine and grew it to a 21 unit chain throughout New England.
In 1973 he took a position in Michigan as Vice President of Operations of a 62 unit Convenience Store chain called Open Pantry. In 1977 he bought 9 Open Pantry stores in Mass and built three more stores in Michigan. In 1980 he sold his stores to a national Chain and took a position with an International Business Brokerage called Corporate Investment International as an Independent Contractor.
In 1983 he started his own M&A company in Louisville KY and the rest is History.
Bill Tidd
After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1965 with a B.S. in marketing and finance. Bill spent the next eight years in the corporate world. He worked for General Electric Credit Corporation, Atlanta Georgia; Coca- Cola Export, Sydney, Australia; Alcon Laboratories, Cincinnati, Ohio.
In 1973, Bill started up the following companies: LawnBuilders 1973-1996… sold to Tru Green Corporation in 1996. Tel-A-Sell, business to business Telemarketing Company. Purchased By an individual in 2002. Owner of American Village Apartments sold to a private company in 2001.
Became affiliated with Carroll and Company in 1997 and now presently a partner with Pat Carroll.
